Allmax Impact Igniter Review!

Are you looking for an Allmax Impact Igniter Review? You have come to the right place!

I will be discussing my personal experience with this powerful pre-workout. This review will include a product overview, a rating on its ingredient panel, a rating on its effectiveness and a rating on the taste. I will then conclude with my final thoughts on the product and its value!

Product Overview:

The Allmax Impact Igniter pre-workout is designed to include all of the classic pre-workout ingredients. This product is designed to pack a punch!

It is made for those who enjoy a big boost prior to their workout. For those who enjoy their flavor variety, it comes in 5 different types. These flavors include fruit punch, blue raspberry, pineapple mango, green apple candy, and tart black cherry. I have only personally tried the blue raspberry, and I loved it!

Ingredient Panel:

When I look at the ingredient panel of a pre-workout, I focus on 4 primary ingredients. These are Caffeine, Creatine, L-Citrulline or Citruline Malate and Beta-Alanine.

I focus on these ingredients because they are the ones that provide the most benefit for our training sessions. Caffeine for energy, Creatine for your daily 3 to 5-gram dose to maintain saturation levels (you’ll need a separate Creatine supplement for days you don’t take pre-workout), Citrulline for increasing blood flow/the pump and helping with rep-endurance and Beta-Alanine for helping with rep endurance and recovery!

But, these ingredients are only beneficial in the proper doses.

You want between 4 and 6 milligrams of Caffeine per kilogram of body weight, so find a pre-workout that matches accordingly for you. It contains 400 milligrams of Caffeine. Yes, you read that right. 400 milligrams! This will be more than enough for the vast majority of people, and it might be too much for many.

This product does not contain Creatine. However, you are not missing out on any creatine benefits by not having it in your pre-workout, as long as you are taking a daily dose of 5 grams through a specific creatine supplement. This is because creatine timing doesn’t really matter.

For Citrulline, this product hits the nail on the head! It contains 6 grams of Citrulline Malate, which is right in line with the 6 to 8-gram dose guideline for performance benefits. For pure L-Citrulline, 3 to 4 grams is plenty sufficient. The malic acid in Citrulline Malate is what makes the recommended dose between 6 and 8 grams for that specific ingredient. This dose ensures you are getting enough of the Citrulline in.

For Beta-Alanine, you want right around 3 grams to obtain the performance benefits. This product contains 3.2 grams.

Effectiveness:

Well… all these ingredient facts are fine and dandy… but does it work?! The first time I tried this product I was very happy with the effectiveness. As with most times, you try a new and properly dosed pre-workout, you get a lot of tingles from the Beta-Alanine. This product was no exception. That was the first thing I noticed.

When the caffeine kicked in, I noticed a tremendous energy kick. That is what 400 milligrams tends to do for you, haha!

For the pump from Citrulline Malate, I noticed a bit of a benefit. It is tough to judge improvement for this aspect, however, the veins were popping and the blood was flowing!

For endurance, it is really difficult to tell if the product helps you pump out an extra rep or two. I can say I certainly had no lack of performance, and I felt a solid boost overall.

Bottom line, this product works.

Taste:

As I mentioned, I have only tried the blue raspberry flavor. I was very happy with the taste as a whole. I did notice a slightly bitter after-taste and there was definitely some chalkiness.

However, my response to these unpleasant aspects improved over time and I didn’t really notice them.

Even when these unpleasant aspects hit the hardest, they weren’t so significant that it wrecked the taste. The taste was great and the overall flavor experience of this product was fantastic!

Taste is subjective to each individual, but this was my experience!

Concluding Opinion:

All in all, this product is tremendous. The ingredient panel is awesome and the effectiveness proves it. If you don’t want to take a full scoop or close to a full scoop due to the caffeine, that is totally fine. However, I would suggest looking for a lower caffeine option with proper dosing of the other ingredients so you are able to get the full effects of everything!

This product comes with 30 servings. With a price of between $40.00 and $50.00, it is right in line with the industry. For a properly dosed and effective pre-workout that tastes great, I don’t mind paying this price at all.

Due to the high dosage of Caffeine, I would not suggest this product for those who have not used a pre-workout before. It is always a good idea to speak with your doctor prior to starting a supplement regimen as well.
