Within any given workout or program, we have a variety of exercises to choose from. There are many things to consider when figuring out which exercises are best to use, from our goal, to specific focuses, to circumstances relative to ourselves. It can often times be difficult to sort through these exercises and figure out which ones to choose, especially for those who are inexperienced.
