As you can see, you take the measurement from the top of the calf and match it to the corresponding knee sleeve size. You can adjust accordingly depending on growing or how tight of a fit you are looking for.

For example, if your measurement was 35 centimetres, but you expect to be growing, you may want to order the medium size. However, if 35 centimetres is your size and all you care about is a snug fit, you may want to go with the small size.

  1. Thanks for the sizing information on the Rehband knee sleeves. This product is new to me, therefore the information is useful. My experience with other sleeves include some that are fairly tight, even though they are elastic. It takes a while for it to loosen up and can impact blood circulation when using it. Is this tight for it’s size? How long does it take to adjust to regular use? Other than that the sizing information provided is useful and one click links convenient to buy.

    • Hi Stanley, I am so glad you found the information useful! As for your question, you want a balance between tightness and comfort. You want it tight enough to keep the knee warm and provide support, but not so tight that it is cutting off the blood flow and making movement difficult. Knee sleeves can loosen over time, however, they should be pretty close to the proper size upon receiving them. Hope that helps!

  2. Useful information here about choosing a knee sleeve. I hadn’t realized that they were available in different thicknesses. I currently use the Sable brand knee sleeves, the 5mm version. Maybe with winter coming it might be an idea to investigate the 7mm ones as the cold will become a problem not too long for now. Thanks for the information.

    • Hi there, different thicknesses certainly apply to different scenarios! I am glad my article was able to give you some new insight!
